Portland Art Museum

The Mark Building Renovation
Portland, OR

  • Renovation of the 141,000 sf Mark Building adjacent to the Portland Art Museum's main building. The building provides greater accessibility to the Museum's growing collections and programs
  • The building was completed on schedule in October 2005

 

Evergreen Corporate Center

320,000 square foot office/flex park
Hillsboro, OR

  • Master planned five building 315,000 sq. ft. office/flex park located in the Sunset Corridor.
  • Building One is a 70,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit for PacifiCare Health Systems' regional customer service center. The building is designed to be expanded by 20,000 sq. ft.
  • Building Two is a 75,000 sq. ft. two story build-to-suit world headquarters building.
  • Building Three is a 45,000 sq. ft. speculative flex/office building that is 100% leased.

 

Sunset Center at Tanasbourne

Class A office buildings

  • Two Class A brick and glass buildings.
  • Located in the heart of the high-tech corridor, close to Westside MAX, housing and retail developments
  • Design includes green space and pedestrian-friendly walkways
  • Building One is a speculative 72,000 sq. ft. three-story office building. 
  • Building Two is a 72,000 sq. ft. three-story building completed in 2002.

 

Portland Hilton Executive Tower

Full service hotel
Portland, OR

  • Located at SW 5th and Taylor Streets in the heart of Portland's Central Business District, on the Portland Transit Mall
  • 20-story, 440,000 sq. ft. project includes 327 hotel rooms and 680 parking spaces
  • Ground floor includes a full-service restaurant and 20,000 square feet of retail space in a prime location across from Sak's 5th Avenue
  • Completed in Spring 2002

 

KPTV-Oregon's 12/UPN

Television studio
Portland,OR

  • 45,000 square foot headquarters and television studio build to suit on 2.2 acres on the east bank of the Willamette River
  • The project accommodates an extensive computerized newsroom and the first digital-based broadcasting studio in North America

 

STATION L

Comprehensive masterplan of a 10 acre development site on the east bank of the Willamette River for Portland General Electric

  • The project included rezoning the site and creation of a LID (Local Improvement District)
  • Extension of Water Avenue
  • Complete project permitting and riverbank stabilization
  • Masterplan included the development of the KPTV headquarters and television studio

 

Robert Duncan Plaza

440,000 square foot Class A office building and parking structure
Portland, OR

  • 10-story building including 250 underground parking spaces
  • Two stacked atriums maximize natural light available to tenants
  • Eight inch raised floor system provides unlimited adaptability for tenants' electrical & data needs

 

Port of Portland Headquarters Building

150,000 square foot build-to-suit Class A Office Building and parking structure
Portland, OR

  • Five floors of office space, 2 levels of parking and ground floor retail and public space
  • Prime location in revitalized Old Town/Chinatown, next to the Classical Chinese Garden and overlooking the Willamette River

 

Courthouse Square

Build-to-suit office building and transit center
Salem, OR

  • Super-block complex includes a 250,000 sq. ft. office building and parking structure, regional bus transit center, retail shops and a public plaza
  • $34 million complex is a joint project of Marion County and Salem Area Mass Transit District
  • Project was awarded a bronze rating from U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design for its construction materials recycling programs and energy conservation measures

 

Auditorium Garage

Downtown Portland's largest parking structure
Portland, OR

  • 1115 parking spaces on 9 floors
  • Parking structure located adjacent to the Civic Auditorium on the block bounded by 3rd and 4th and Columbia and Clay Streets
  • The building was seismically upgraded and two floors were added in 1998

 

Fifth Avenue Building

Two block complex including a 180,000 sq ft office building and the Auditorium Garage
Portland, OR

  • Located adjacent to the Auditorium garage, on the Portland Transit Mall
  • The building was completely vacated and renovated from top to bottom. The renovation included new elevator systems, fire and life safety systems, HVAC, ground floor façade renovation and canopy and common areas.
  • New tenants include 35,000 square foot 24 Hour Fitness facility on the ground floor, KinderCare Learning Centers.

 

Columbia Square

345,000 sq ft Class A office building and parking structure
Portland, OR

  • 15-story office building including 4-story parking garage
  • Tenants enjoy views of Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams and are located one block from Tom McCall Waterfront Park

 

Crown Plaza

Two block Class A office building and parking structure
Portland, OR

  • 11-story 240,000 sq ft office building complex including an 8-story, 811 space parking garage
  • Complex includes retail, restaurants and complete childcare facilities and is linked by skybridge to Downtown Marriott Hotel and Crown Plaza Parking Garage
