Melvin Mark Construction staff of on-site managers, superintendents, and engineers, works in concert with Melvin Mark Brokerage Company to provide daily property management for office buildings, flex/industrial buildings, distribution/warehouses, shopping centers, and medical buildings. In addition Melvin Mark Brokerage Company provides property budgeting and accounting services for owners.

Engineering

Our staff of Operating Engineers performs preventative maintenance, utility management, and maintains and operates HVAC systems.

Architectural

Our architectural department specializes in space planning, and construction drawing with the help of AutoCad V.14. Melvin Mark Construction recently joined the City of Portland’s Facility Permit System, which enables our architectual staff to expedite permits quicker and more efficiently for our tenants.
